The National Credit Union Administration released the latest version of the Your Insured Funds booklet, providing consumers and credit unions with the latest share insurance coverage information in a new, easy-to-read format. The updated booklet is available at http://go.usa.gov/BD3d.
“It’s important that credit union members understand what their federal insurance coverage is for the various types of accounts offered at our nation’s credit unions,” NCUA Consumer Protection Director Gail Laster said. “Using the information in this updated booklet, consumers will be able to make better decisions about their money and learn more about how their checking, share, trust and retirement accounts are insured.”
Support your credit union and credit unions across the nation by contacting your representatives and asking them NOT to impose new taxes on credit unions! For more information, visit www.donttaxmycu.org
