• Enrolling in e-statements
You must register your account in our online banking in order to enroll in and have access to e-statements. To register your account, go to our home page and click on "new users click here". After your account has been registered, go to the "statements" tab and click on "I agree" once you’ve read the e-statement disclosure. This will enroll you in e-statements. Please call 817-847-8992 if you have any questions about this process. Accounts not signed up for e-statements after October 2011 will be assessed a $2.50 fee per statement.
• Beware of identity theft!
Just a reminder that Family 1st will NEVER call you and ask for your account number, social security, etc. as we already have that information in our system. Be very careful about who you give this sensitive information to. If your identity is stolen, however, this link from the Texas Attorney General’s website is valuable information on what steps you should take.
