Family 1st of Texas Federal Credit Union is committed to the health and safety of you, our members and our staff.  Like so many, we are monitoring the developing situation concerning the COVID-19 virus also referred to as the Coronavirus.  While there are differing opinions, differing statistics and it can be confusing and concerning, we at Family 1st want you to know we are here to assist our members. We want you to be aware of some of the steps we are taking to do our part to protect our members and staff:

  • Lobby closure - effective immediately

  • Additional cleaning measures of our equipment and facility
  • Reviewing our pandemic policy and procedures

We appreciate your membership and are here to help you and your family. If you need assistance with any of our online or virtual services, contact the credit union. Also, please remember, we will never ask you for sensitive information we already have. We will ask you to verify information we have in our records to ensure there is no unauthorized activity on your accounts.

Tips from World Health Organization (WHO) and the CDC to protect yourself from the Coronavirus:

  • If you are sick, please stay home.
  • Wash your hands frequently.
  • Maintain social distancing between yourself and anyone who is couching/sneezing.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Cover your mouth/nose when you cough/sneeze.
  • Clean and disinfect touched objects and surfaces using regular household cleaning sprays and wipes.
