Use our Mobile App or Virtual Branch for convenient access to your accounts. You must first set-up your account in the Virtual Branch portal to view your accounts through the Mobile App. For further instructions on how to download and use the Mobile App, please call us.
Our mobile app allows you to:
*All checks received through mobile deposit must have the following written on the back, "For Mobile Deposit Only at Family 1st of Texas Federal Credit Union", along with your account number and signature.
*** Funds deposited by 4:30 p.m. CST will be made available the next business day. Longer delays may apply during weekends and holidays.
With our Visa Debit Card, one swipe is all you need for easy cash access and purchases online and on the go. Our card is an ATM and Visa Credit Card in one, but automatically debits the amount of your purchases from your Checking Account just like a check. Stop by our branch to pick up an application.
Credit Card payment Information
Credit card payments can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the Family 1st of Texas Federal Credit Union branch. To set up recurring payments visit ezcardinfo.com. For further information and instructions on how to make a credit card payment, please call us.
Online Loan PAYMENTS
Members can make an Online Loan Payment by accessing the Family 1st of Texas Federal Credit Union website home page and clicking on the "Loan Payment" button located in the upper left side of the home page. Recurring payments can also be set up through the Loan Payment portal. For further information and instructions on how to make a loan payment, please call us.

Go paperless with our E-Statements. To enroll, log in to Virtual Branch and click on the "Service" tab and then the "e-Statements" link. Once you have read the E-Statements disclosure click "Accept" to agree.
*Each account that is not signed up for E-Statements will be charged a $3.50 fee per statement.
